Are your items vintage, handmade, or new?
Our collection is thoughtfully curated and includes authentic vintage finds, handcrafted pieces, restored treasures, and select new goods that align with our commitment to timeless design and sustainable living. Each product listing clearly identifies whether an item is vintage, handmade, or newly made.
What condition should I expect from vintage pieces?
Vintage items have lived a life before finding their way to you. Minor signs of age, wear, or patina are part of their character and history. Any noticeable flaws beyond normal vintage wear are carefully photographed and described in each listing.
Why is there only one available?
Many of our pieces are one of a kind or available in very limited quantities. Once a vintage treasure has found its new home, it often cannot be replaced. We encourage purchasing when you find something you love, as it may never become available again.
Are vintage clothing and textiles cleaned before being sold?
Yes. Whenever appropriate, garments and textiles are carefully cleaned, refreshed, or restored before being offered for sale. Because of the age and uniqueness of vintage materials, some natural signs of wear may remain as part of their story.
Ordering & Sizing
How do I know if a garment will fit?
Because vintage sizing differs greatly from today's standards, we recommend shopping by measurements rather than the size listed on the tag. Each clothing listing includes detailed measurements to help you compare with garments you already own.
Can I request additional measurements or photographs?
Absolutely. We're happy to provide additional measurements, photographs, or details whenever possible to help you shop with confidence.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Most vintage and antique pieces cannot be restocked. Handmade collections may return in similar styles, but no two pieces will ever be exactly alike.
When do new collections become available?
New arrivals are added regularly throughout the month. Subscribers and Founders Circle members receive early access to many collections before they are released publicly.
Shipping, Pickup & Returns
How quickly will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Handmade or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, which will be stated on the product page.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available for select purchases. You'll receive pickup instructions after your order is confirmed. Please allow sufficient notice before arriving so we can have your order prepared.
What happens if I miss my pickup appointment?
If you are unable to make your scheduled pickup time, simply contact us to reschedule. Orders not collected within the agreed timeframe may be shipped at the buyer's expense.
What is your return policy?
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage, antique, and handmade pieces, all sales are generally final. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the damaged item. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do you purchase vintage clothing, furniture, or home goods?
Yes. We are always interested in thoughtfully made vintage clothing, textiles, furniture, artwork, home décor, and unique collections that align with the ARRICA AFTON & Co. aesthetic. Please contact us with photographs and a brief description before bringing items for consideration.
Do you accept consignment?
At this time, consignment opportunities are considered on a case-by-case basis for select collections. Please contact us if you believe your items may be a good fit.The Founders Circle

What is the Founders Circle?
The Founders Circle is a limited membership created for the very first supporters of ARRICA AFTON & Co. Members receive early access to new collections, exclusive content and events, thoughtful gifts, and special experiences while helping preserve craftsmanship and support the growth of our brand.
Is the Founders Circle a subscription?
No. Membership is a one-time purchase and is limited to our first 50 members. Once all memberships have been claimed, the Founders Circle will permanently close.
